symbol issue

Good morning,

A user at my company is experiencing a problem when trying to insert a fuse on his project. It gives him an error saying the symbol cant be found. I opened his project and activated it and i was able to insert it. This has happened randomly with multiple symbols on this project. But everytime i open it i am able to edit what he couldn't. Any ideas?

Make sure his support file search paths match yours. That's the first thing that pops into my head.

yeah i checked that and they were the same. The only difference i can find is that he has a network license checked out.

I was able to figure it out. The persons who project it was, was pointing to 2010 directories. It worked on my computer because 2010 files still existed.
