Symbol Builder Symbol Name options missing

One of our new AutoCAD Electrical 2014 drafters just started having a problem saving symbols.  He only gets options for T0 and T1 in the symbol name drop down of the Save Symbol dialog box.  (See pdf attached)  Also, the WDBLKNAM field is blank.  We had him try with some older symbols and he has the same issue.

One thing to check is the catalog database.

First, check if it is even finding it by right-clicking on the project name in Project Manager and clicking Settings. Make sure there is something listed in the Active Catalog Lookup. 

Assuming there is a catalog database being found (if not something maybe went wrong in the install or it got moved or deleted), then look in the database file for a table called _FAMILY_DESCRIPTION. I believe this is where that information comes from in that drop-down list you show in your image. If not there then the catalog database installed improperly or was modified manually. I would reinstall the catalog database or get a copy from a PC that works properly.
