Substation drawings an ACAE

I'm looking for product references from electrical utilities who have
migrated from AutoCAD to ACAE in the design of substations. Specifically

what were problem areas?
what worked/works well?
how much development time did it take?
was there any training time involoved and how much?
what production gains from the design side have you seen?
Is it difficult to maintain a database of updated vendor products?
Would you be willing to share an example set of dwgs for my review?
