standard electrical toolbar 2009

Hi there,
i just installed the 2009 version of AutoCAD electrical and was surprised that the standard electrical toolbar didn't show up.
i don't want to sit there for the next 3-4 hours and read the manual.
any quick tips would be greatly appreciated.
can i/do i have to import the toolbar from my 2008?
i can't imagen that they would sell a electrical cad program where you HAVE to create your own toolbar.

i opened the autocad 2009 that comes with it.....duhhhhhh
