Looking at the images you provided, it looks like those particular
blocks may have originally been inserted from a different library (the size
difference visible in figure C gives this impression). So this could
explain why on some drawings they are correct and on others they are
different. It would look like one of the libraries you are using (or that
was used in the past if these drawings were started/created some time ago),
the block is defined incorrectly. Are these older drawing that may have
been started in an older version? What version are you running? I tested
both the JIC1 and JIC125 libraries in the 2007 release and those symbols
appear to be correct in that shipping version, was your library possibly
brought forward.

This problem shouldn't be too difficult to correct, but you will want to
make a backup of your drawings before attempting to make these corrections
(as you would just to be safe), and then we can run the SWAP/UPDATE BLOCK.
First, you will want to make sure what library it is you are using, and look
at the specific block file that is incorrect and see if in this library, if
it is correct or not. If it is correct, you can go to the COMPONENTS >
COMPONENT MISCELLANEOUS > SWAP/UPDATE BLOCK command. With this command, you
can swap out blocks or simply update blocks with changes that were made
(Swap = different block name; UPDATE = Same block name). You can choose the
UPDATE option and pick one of the arrows from the drawing that needs to be
corrected. From here pay close attention to the options that you choose as
some may cause data to be lost or overwritten. You could test this on a
single drawing first, and when you see the outcome is what you are looking
for, you can run it project wide so they will all be updated and correct.

I hope this helps!
