Sometimes source destinations do not work

On the same computer.

Project 1 has no issues, project 2, when attempting to add a destination arrow, lists nothing when searching through the project.  Apparently, listing source arrows on the same drawing works fine.

Migrating project 2 to another machine, source and destination arrows work fine.  These projects are stored on a network, so the files are the same.  No new project file has been created.  Migration was done simply by opening up the existing *.wdp file.  Both computers accessed the same project and drawings at the same time.

Any ideas as to what we should look for?

Even if the two computers are connected to the same project at the same time, they have different project scratch databases (placed locally in the USER folder).

Try running the AEREBUILDDB command on the computer with the problem to rebuild the project scratch database on it.

Been there, done that. Projects -> Project -> Rebuild/Freshen bring up the same dialog box. We even went so far as to delete the database and restart AutoCAD, then rebuild. I really want to blame Windows, but ....

Some additional information. I am running the 32 bit version of AE2013. Everyone else in the company has this issue with this project. They are running 64 bit versions of AE2013.

I am attaching a spreadsheet with both the 32 bit and 64 bit SIG tables from the project databases.  Note that both of these are from the same project and the one thing that stands out is that the DWGIX fields are very different.  The values in this field seem to line up with sheet numbers on the 32 bit system where the values have no apparent correlation in the 64 bit world.
