Simbol librery

Dear All,
I've a difficult when I create a new simbol.
I would to add its icon on the page the fast choose or its submenu. (Please see image).
But I can not do it and don't know where is my mistake.
Can you help me?

Hi!

This is Insert Component window but you should use Icon Menu Wizard to edit Icon Menu.
