Secondary catalogue file

Hi,

When I create a symbol using the symbol builder command. The symbol name drop down does not give me the options added to the secondary file. Please note that the project properties is pointing to the secondary file.

Please advise why these options are not shown.

Hi Steve,

The Symbol Builder just creates the Symbol the Catalog Lookup is handled outside of that. (they are seperate systems)

I don't think you can have it default to the secondary lookup file (Anyone ever done that?).

As far as I know you have select the Secondary catalog while doing the lookup.

(If you have mulitple components copy the catalog data or copy component should grab the link to the secondary catalog)
