Saving To Later Revision

Is their a way to save a batch of drawings from 2007 to 2004 without going through each drawing.

Yes, search for the application DWG True Convert on the Autodesk website.

I have downloaded it some time ago, but for almost 2 months the link points you to "true view" and not the "true convert".
I go by all products and then the link to the program.
don't think you can downoad it at this moment.

Using the search it came up with a site
