revise ladder

I constructed my schematic using a rung spacing of 0.5. I’ve got multiple components added & various wires, etc.

I want to change the rung spacing to 0.75 & have the lines match that rung spacing without scooting or deconstructing my circuit.

I know that I can change the rung spacing from the revise ladder command under the insert ladder icon. However, this only move the rung reference numbers and not the rung positions. I tried re-sequencing, but that didn’t get the rungs to move. Please help as I’ll have lots of manual rework to change spacing based on what I know to do.

I'm going to have to do major reconstruction if someone doesn't give me a short cut.

Please help me enjoy my weekend.

There is no clean solution in the product. As you've observered, the "revise
ladder" command adjusts the line reference numbering for the ladder but
doesn't tinker with any existing circuitry you might have drawn. So, short
of trying to program something up in VBA or AutoLisp, I think your only
recourse is to either use SCOOT on each populated rung (turn SNAP on) or use
AutoCAD STRETCH WINDOW and do the same thing.

about the only clean way to do this is to copy and paste your existing drawing onto your new template. Then just begin to move the component by using the right-click option. We had to do this on a project that was over 100 pages it was a pain but that was the fastest way of getting it done withough having to completely redo everything.
