This message will pop up if the picked coil doesn't carry any "peer" xdata.
But maybe there's some other problem. Let's try this... after you assign the
catalog info to the main coil of the starter, check to see if the "peer" pin
list data has been pre-positioned on the coil. Type ACADEX at the command
line and pick on the coil. Look in your command window to see a list of
"Extended entity data" values found on the coil. See if the "peer" pin data
is listed. Let me know what you find (maybe attach your dwg).
thanks,
Nate.

Hi, I have a slight problem implementing reversing motor starters.
I have read the help on peer pinlists.
I have entered the data into the pinlist editor for the catalog number
including peer pinlist. I inserted the first coil and selected catalogue
info (the correct pins showd up). I then inserted the second coil, and went
into the NC/NO setup and clicke 'pick' and selected the first coil. It comes
up with an alert ' no PEER_COILPINS or PEER_PINLIST data found...'
What is happenning????
I also need to create a footprint for this starter. does it need both tags,
descriptions ect? How do I create the footprint???
Thanks for your help.
