Report Generator Fails on PLC Used So Far Report

This is an odd one that I would appreciate any help in troubleshooting.

I have a project with PLC devices that I would like to run the PLC Modules Used So Far Report.  It fails everytime I run the report to the point that AutoCAD Electrical shuts down.

If I point to the same drawing from another project and run the same report, it works fine.

What in the project, db, etc, could be causing this issue with the report.

This is hard to guess at and would be easier if you could provide the drawing\project. You can send it to me directly at pat.murnen@autodesk.com. I can take a look and see if I can tell what is causing the issue. I would delete the drawings as soon as I was done.

If you can't send them you can try running the command trace and send the log file. To do this follow these steps (upper case indicates commands to type at the command line)

1. LOGFILEON

2. LOGFILENAME (make note of the name)

3. AEONLISPDEBUG

4. Run the report

If you don't lock up do these steps to turn off the command trace

5. LOGFILEOFF

6. AEOFFLISPDEBUG

Send the file noted in step #2. This log file may help but the drawings would be best.

Turned out to be something in the .set report format file. Once that was deleted the report ran through.
