project list is empty

Hi,

I'm using AutoCAD Electrical 2009 and when I'de tried to perform " publish => Plot Project " I've got the following message: " project list is empty ".
My operating system is Win 7.
One more thing, I'de tried to perform this action on default project (IECDEMO) it didn't happend and he perform it successfully.

And you have drawings that are included in your
project? When you double click the project name in project manager does it show
the list of drawings that are part of the project?
