Project default parameters

I would know the procedure for to change the project parameters with my chooses.
Pratically I would open a new project with my parameters, now I need always to change.

Create a project with your settings.

When you want to create new project in Create New Project dialog box find Copy Settings from Project File field and browse to project with your settings (see attachment).

Here is explanation for this field:

Copy Settings from Project File

Specifies the project settings. You can select a previously defined project setting and apply it to your new project definition file. Click Browse to select a previously defined project definition file to copy over and apply settings to the new project being created. If blank, copies the settings from the active project.
