Project database error

I am constantly getting the following
error with ACADE 2007
Has anybody else seen this or know of a way to resolve it
Is this an ACADE or a Vault problem
Sometimes it is with the active Database sometimes not.
Everything else seems to be working fine.

ERROR MESSAGE
Database SQL Error:
'T:\CHROBAK\677646 SN3\677646-010.DWG'

Hi Joe,

I think that WD_M_HDL is a relatively new field added to the FILETIME table
in the project's scratch database file. Maybe there is a conflict between a
newer version of AcadE accessing previous version's scratch database files.

Try this... exit AutoCAD Electrical and get into your "user" folder where
the project scratch database files are held. Look for .mdb and
delete the file. Restart AutoCAD Electrical and call up your original
project. It should rebuild the file, now with all the correct fields in the
tables. See if this resolves the problem.
