Problems using MOVE COMPONENT, COPY COMPONENT, SCOOT, etc.

Since upgrading to AutoCAD Electrical 2012 (from 2008), I have been having problems when I try to MOVE, COPY, etc., componets.  When I select the component, and then the command, I pick up the component, but as soon as I move the mouse, it immediately drops it (usually above and to the right, outside my title block).  If I use the normal AutoCAD MOVE command, to move other objects, it works perfectly.  Any ideas would be appreciated.

The problem has been resolved

I am running AutoCAD 2012 under Windows XP Pro, using Parallels Desktop 7.0.15104, on a MacMini.  After making several attempts at mouse configuration changes, and downgrading Parallels to version 7.0.15054, to no avail, I removed the mouse driver loaded by Parallels version 7.0,15104 (in Windows).  When I rebooted, the original Logitech mouse driver reloaded and the issues were resolved.
