Did  you check their catalog database search sequence?

Make sure they dont have the default_cat.mdb in their user subdirectory or the ACE support file search path is correctly setup. If they are using the wd.env file, check the WD_CAT path.

Try relocate or rename the default_cat.mdb or the project-specific.mdb that you are currently using and see if they still can open the catalog lookup file?
