Unless Autodesk have a program specifically for doing PCB's, your best bet would be to try some of the dedicated programs for doing PCB's. Electrical is designed for the wiring of control panels and boards. You can do PCB's on it but it is a lot harder than one of the dedicated packages

Try doing a Google search for PCB Design Software. This will bring up a list and then it's just a matter of going through and checking the packages available.

Some of the programs will have features that you probably will find make your life a lot easier. Especially when it comes to transferring the track layout to the copper for etching.
