Point to Point Wiring?

When I wire point to point in the schematic. The wire seems to get a mind of its own when making the final connection. Sometimes looping around the connection (TB) as well as other odd behavior.
Is there a way to stop this and force it to place the wire in the route I want it?

Thanks

Use the Edit Wire Sequence tool. See attached screenshot.

Thanks for the speedy reply. Forgive my ability to construct my question in a way to ask what I want. I'm transitioning from MicroStation to AutoCad Elec.

The problem is with 1wire 2 connection points.
See attachment for visual.
Connecting wire from TB4A/7 to pin D.
Why does it loop around pin D?
Can I stop that from happening while inserting the wire and not having to fix it afterwards?

Thanks!

It looks like something is confusing the auto-routing. Just start the wire
at TB4A, come down, click, then go right and click on the left quadrant of
D. In other words, start the wire command and manually route the wire.

Is there a way to turn auto routing off?

There was a tiny piece (unable to see on top of symbol) wire that had not been totally removed. After deleting it, connection was made without the troubles.

Had to look at the wire list. Showed a wire connected to it from nowhere.

Thanks for your time.

Drawing Audit will usually find things for you. If you don't want to auto
route just route the wire on your own, clicking the left button in each
location where you wish to turn. If you simply click a start and end point
for a wire, the auto-routing takes over.

I've had the same problem at various times. The only way I could get around
it was to finish the wire short of the symbol and then hit the Extend Wire
command. If the two ends of the wires are in line with each other there is
no way to do the manual routing on the wire as you have suggested. I have
even had the auto routing take over when I've had the connection points out
of line. It just seems to be random as to when it does it. This was both
before and after installing SP1. It's happened with a clean block that's
just been inserted and with blocks that have other wires connected.

Regards Brad
