my Customize & Layer Properties Manager no longer work.
Not even typing it in at command line does anything.
if I type ''layer'' or 'layer or '_layer my system locks
I need to add new layers and Customize.
All other layer commands work OK
All of the other toolbar stuff works.
I did a Repair from CD. Still DOA.
