PLC Database edit error.

I am useing ACADE 2008. I have modified my PLC database to include I/O for Motoman Robot Controllers. The modules insert just fine, but I need to go back into the PLC database to make a change to one of these modules that I have been able to insert. Last week it worked fine, yesterday it worked fine but today I get the attached error.

This keeps happening at irregular intervals. One day I can edit the PLC database, and the next I can't. Each time I get the error, the "missing" devices are present in the .bsf file and appropriate directories.

When I follow the directions to open settings and add blocks from current module, the block names change to the hp1 prefix even though I am configured to be using the hp2 prefix blocks.

I anyone else having these problems and what are you doing to get around it?

Thanks.

Scott
