Parametric PLC catalog lookup

I have built a 24vdc power supply using the parametric PLC editor.

My problem is that I can not trigger the catalog look-up to go to the PS table where the part number is stored for the power supply.

Do I have to store all part numbers for parametric symbols in the PLCIO table?

It seems to make the most sense to store PLC devices, even power supplies, in the table designated for PLC devices.  Standard power supplies are stored in the PW table.  PS is for pressure switches.
