Panel Footprint Insertion Crash

I have a client who can insert any symbol/block other than the Panel Footprints.  When he goes to insert the Panel Footprint, specifically the Hoffman, he gets the white-screen, then the "Autodesk Error Dialog" to send the error report to Autodesk.  Which, by the way, we have sent.

This is an upgrade environment from 2011 to 2013, databases have been migrated.

Win7 64bit environment.

Anyone have an idea as to what to do?

Update: VIa a zip, I got the Panel database folders, and then took that db thru the migration utility.  I was able to access everything fine.  I then took my client through the same migration process, but when he tries to access the footprints via the Panel tab/IconMenu/Enclosures then Browse, he will get the white-screen crash followed by the msg box about sending the crash file to Autodesk etc.

Any ideas that will resolve this problem?
