Upgraded from Autocad Electrical 2012 to Autocad Electrical 2013 and not
able to use the New Marking Menu. The command AEMM is set to 3 but still
not visible. The "What's New in AutoCad Electrical 2013" help states to right click
then move towards component. Right clicking gives the following menu :

And if you right-click while the cross hair is on top of a wire or component?
Have you tried resetting AcadE to the default settings?

Needed to reset to factory defaults twice for it to work - appreciate your quick and helpful response.
Many Thanks
Reset to default like 5 times, and un installed and reinstalled Autocad Electrical 2017 as well. doesn't work. No marking menu. I'm following a Lynda course on AutocadE on youtube, tried it doesn't work.
I distinctly remember I was able to get the marking menu when I first tried it, it's just now that it doesn't work.
Even if i have pressed some button accidentally, resetting AE would have fixed it.
Please help
