New contact type in the table _XREF_GRAPHICS

In your product catalog database you have a table called «_XREF_GRAPHICS».

This is where you tell autoCAD what symbol to put in the XRef- table based on what the child component’s block name is.

In the attached graphics I am trying to illustrate it for you:

The child limit switch is tied to the motor parent.
The childs’ Block name is VLS21_....
autoCAD searches the _XREF_GRAPHICS- table and finds ?LS?1*, where ? means that both Vertical (V) and horizontal (H) block names are matches, and the * means that whatever comes after is a match.
It then inserts the block named “ace_XREF_limit-NO”, which is located in the libs folder into the XRef- table of the motor.

You need to use the “Table Format” for Component Cross-Refrence for this to work.

Thank You!

I inserted symbol Motor Starter Coil. Appointed catalog data AB 193-A1A1
PinList: 4, L2, T2; 4, L3, T3; 2,95,96; 1,97,98

What I need to insert symbol to use contacts type "4" (pins L2, T2; L3, T3) ?
