NEED MORE SYMBOLS - LIBRARY DIFFICULTY

I am new to AUTOCAD, am doing fairly well but have a need for more elaborate symbols as the JIC library is limited.  Specifically, at this point, I am in need of a transformer with taps.  I did update to include another library but can not get the new library to appear in the Component ICON Menu pull down, all I get is the JIC symbol library. Any tips on what I am doing wrong or just not doing?  Thank You,  John

The active library and icon menu are assigned in project properties. This allows you to switch back and forth between active projects and automatically get the library and menu you need for each project. I have projects that use NFPA and projects that use IEC.
