multiple catalog numbers moving from schematic to footprint?

Can you get multiple catalog numbers to go from the schematic component to the footprint?  I was going to build my BOM from my Panel layout but my Multiple catalog entries for fuses and markers on my terminal are not being place on my BOM.  How do you suggest making My BOM?

With ACADE 2008, in the Panel BOM report options section, there is an option to include schematic components not referenced on panel layouts.

 

I would think that option is still available in your version. You just need to include the schematic dwgs in the list of dwgs you process when doing the BOM.
