Multiple assemblylist

Hi,

I'm trying to risolve this problem with ASSEMBLYCODE AND ASSEMBLYLIST AND ASSEMBLYQUANTITY:

A (Parent)                 ASSEMBLYCODE=A

--B (child) qty=2        ASSEMBLYLIST=A ASSEMBLYQUANTITY=2

C (Parent)                 ASSEMBLYCODE=C

--B (child) qty=1        ASSEMBLYLIST=C ASSEMBLYQUANTITY=1

I can't do that! :smileyfrustrated

Someone could help me?

Bye

You are right that you cannot do that. You will need to make a copy of the child in the database and assign it to AsemblyList = C.

If I understand the issue correctly you want to have 2 items in the assembly for one part, and two in the other.  This is possible to do, but not from just entering the numbers in the assembly list box in the tables...It is a little more involved, but not impossible...Let me know if this is the issue and I will then explain how I am doing it.  OK  🙂  Hope this helps.
