Missing wd.env File

I’m a new student and just recently received and began exploring the Education Version of Auto CAD Electrical 2009. I haven’t created any Project Files or even started a drawing yet. When I the open the program, close the “Launchpad” Screen I get an Error Message that says Cannot locate the Environmental Settings File wd.env. I then get a ‘Click Ok to Browse” screen. Unfortunately, I don’t have a clue where to find the missing file. I tried E-Mailing the Autodesk Tech Support group but haven’t gotten a response. To make matters worse I have no programming or code writing experience. Can anyone give me some suggestions. Thanks.

On a single-user installation, the default location
for the wd.env file is C:\Documents and Settings\{username}\My Documents\Acade
2009\AeData. If the file is not there then you might try repairing the
installation using the Windows Settings -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove
Programs.
