Missing items on Multiple Bill of Material

i'm using AutoCad Elec 12.

When using the Multiple Bill of Material to populate items that are not in my schematic, however, if i enter more than 10 items i can not edit the list, nor does it show up.   However, clicking on the Catalog Check, all 10+ items appear and it gets included into the final BOM.    Why can't i edit the Multiple BOM list if more than 10 items are listed?   See attached doc's.
