Migrate 409 Error

Our customer has a problem. This problem is seen in the picture. Whether exported from AutoCAD Electrical 2014, AutoCAD Electrical 2015 to form after import is emerging as a problem. About how we can solve this problem I would appreciate if you can help.

Database of AutoCAD Electrical 2014 can not be used as is in 2015 version due to schematic change. Please use migration utility in 2015 to migrate your old database. If you have done so there is a high chance of schema issue in your database . We have listed a very detailed schema that are required in help. You can follow the schema and correct the same.
