How to merge Desc1 and Desc 2 fields into 1 column when creating Drawing List Report?

If it were me, I'd export it to excell, modify it, & then link it back in.

Check out the user posts for the report, there may be something there to do that already.  If not, track down the lisp file and modify it so it will do what you want.
