When i draw lines with the Line-command all lines shows in the same chickness, would it be possible to show the different chickness on the screen when drawing lines with Line-command and not only when printing?

You can go to the AutoCAD 'Options' dialog and select the 'User Preferences' tab.  On there select the 'Lineweight Settings' button.  On the dialog that appears, toggle ON the 'Display Lineweight' option.
