Item Balloons

Using ACADE 2014, when I try to change the parameters for item balloons it will not accept fractional settings.  It rounds to the next higher whole number.  Is anyone else having problems with this?  If so, have you found a solution to it?  Thanks.

Had to do a search on Bing to get to the answer.  The company has a standard configuration with Units set as Architectural.  Once I changed it to decimal it worked like I had expected it to work.

This is a known issue for the ACE for now, the item balloon settings will be problem when the Units is Architectural and Fractional, the workaround as you mentioned is to change the Units to Decimal.
