Can anyone tell me why a item balloon on one layout drawing is a block (one item) and on others the balloon comes in as seperate items? (arrow head, line and circle) Are item balloons suppose to be blocks?
The AcadE Insert Balloon feature draws in the separate entities and then
blocks the "balloon" portion of it but the leader is separate I believe. The
whole balloon is grouped so if you have the Group On setting you can select
it with one click.

Make the item balloon the same as a leader, so the balloon/arrow can be moved with grips but still retain the original origin..........check the Anvil software, that's how an item balloon should be
