Hi,
How can we change the default value of the Scale panel from 1.000 to any other value.

I read from help menu that if we change the value in Drawing Properties Drawing Format dialog box, then the value of the Scale Panel will be changed, i tried that ,but it is not happening.

If you are on a panel drawing you set the footprint scale under the Panel
Configuration dialog on the panel layout toolbar.
