Is it possible to import xml AIP report file from ACAD 2007 to AIP 10?

I'm sorry it's not possible to import a XML file into AIP 10.
You have to do it the "old" way. with schematic reports and then a Wire From / To report. You could save that as *.csv file and import it in AIP 10

The XML format import is a new feature in AIP R11 so the AcadE 2007 AIP
export function which creates this XML file wouldn't be imported in AIP 10.
What you might need to do is to run an AcadE 2007 Wire From/To report using
a format file set up for AIP. Then export the report to CSV which AIP R10
can import. This is basically how it worked in AcadE 2006. I've attached a
.set file that I believe is for the format for AIP R10. To use this you
would run the Wire From/To report and on the first dialog select the Format
button and select this .set file.
