Use Helix with z=0

Extrude or sweep surface body

Thicken to solid

Did you figure out a solution to your problem?

If not, can you attach your dwg attempt here?

I got your ans and tried to work that way.but there will be 8 layer here. measurment will be like this>>

1st layer=22um(micro metre)

2nd layer=89um

3rd=26um

4th=89um

5th=22um

6th=100um

7th=14um

8th=100um

and these 8 layer will swirl gradually and the radius will be 9.5mm. hight will be 85mm.

should i do it with scaling or how??

I can not put the another one within fixed distance (i.e 22um)>>
my question is as i can't use offset here, how can i put one smaller helex within another at a fixed distance??I already provide the distances in my previous comment. Could you help me with drawing another layer at a fixed distance??

I would start by creating reference circles with the beginning radius of each spiral.

From there - it should be easy.
