Hotfix released for errors related to AcePmComServer5.exe and AcePmComServer6.exe

As some of you have noticed, a hotfix has been released for AutoCAD
Electrical 2008 and one for AutoCAD Electrical 2009 to address the issue of
the Project Database Service randomly exiting. Here are the links to those
