Form-C: Pin Duplicate Assignment

I have a relay contacts 11-COM, 12-NO, 14-NC. I assigned them as Form-C relay as (3,11,12,14). When I ran the Electrical Audit, it gave me "pin duplicate component assignments" for pin 11. Is there a way to avoid this error?

Versions 2013 and 2014 include an NFPA library, which has an actual Form-C relay contact symbol.  It can even be swapped out for its IEC equivalent using the Library Swap utility.  There will be no duplication of pin 11 in this case.

I have a 2013 version, where can I find that Form-C contact symbol? I
tried to apply all the symbols in Schematic Tab Icon Menu and still give
me the same error message.

It is included with the NFPA library.  It was always in the IEC libraries.

Yes, I found it in my Schematic Library. Just all I need is to set my
drawings in the Project manager properties to set up the Library
location and the schematic icons to make it work.

Thanks

I'm finding that the pin duplicate assignment always comes up if I try to create a symbol in symbol builder. Does anyone know how to get rid of this error while still using a custom-created symbol built in symbol-builder? That is, without resorting to the workaround of using something created by someone else, but rather by modifying what I've made to function correctly? Which specific attributes are involved in the duplicate pin error, and how are they in conflict with each other?
