Footprint Basepoint location is sometimes off

Hi

When I add a footprint from the Icon menu, change attributes and then click OK+Repeat, the basepoint of the next item sometimes change. The strange thing is, that it is completely random, sometimes its just 1 milimeters, but other times its even 5 milimeters in a different direction, and sometimes not at all..
I check the Blocks itself, but the basepoint is ok.

I also checked if there are no blocks already in the drawing, I removed every block and purged all blocks, so thats not the problem.
Anyone as an Idea what the problem is and how to fix it?
