Fatal Error when publishing

A fatal Error occurs everytime I try to publish drawings from a project. It works fine to print the dwgs one at a time. When using Publish on of the dwgs doesn't get printed (different dwg each time) and ACE crashes with the following error.

Fatal Error, Unhandled Access Violation Rending 0x657479f6 Exception at 59b363a4h

Any advice?
