Fatal error: unhandled e0434352h Exeption at fde6940dh

HI there, I wonder if anyone can help.

I have a user who is getting the error "Fatal error: unhandled e0434352h Exeption at fde6940dh" when trying to check a new project into the vault.  He can check out and check in projects that already exist without issues, how ever, if he tries to create a new project to check in he gets this error.  Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this?

Thanks

Mark

Sorry, forgot to say we are using 64 bit windows 7 machines, with 2012 versions of autocad products.

What version of autocad are you saving the files as ?

We had a big problem with slow response from acade2014 when we got Symantec Endpoint Protection and we solved it by changing from saving in 2013 format instead of 2010 format... Maybe there is something that can generate faults there...

Otherwise I would check if he got the same hardware setup as the rest of your users and if he got any USB peripherals other than the others...
