Is anyone aware of a professional certification for electrical drafters? I found ADDA, where you can be certified in architectural, civil and mechanical.

I don't know about Autodesk, but I issue a special certificate to someone who attends my course and passes my exam. This is more than an attendance certificate. They have to pass the exam. This is an option available to my customers but not all companies choose to have me administer the exam. Certainly the Autodesk training centers don't have me administer the exam. They just issue an attendance certificate.
My exams aren't easy. There is one for each level of training course I teach, user-level, admin-level, etc. The admin-level exam is hard, but it is based on topics I cover in my admin-level course, and while a score of 100 is possible, few have achieved it.
It depends on what you mean by Professional Certification. Do you just mean CAD certification or actual Electrical certification.
To my mind, to be an electrical drafter would require at least a minimum level of knowledge of electrical circuit design and what does and doesn't work in the field.
Normally here in Australia, that means either being an electrician or electrical engineer who has had training in designing circuits as well as drafting.
Whether that drafting is CAD orientated or Pen/Paper drafting is inconsequential as the main knowledge is required to be electrical based rather than drafting based.
I'm also of the opinion that anyone who designs circuits should spend at least a year in the field working on circuits rather than just be all book learning.
