ELECTRICAL CUI MISSING

I have a user who's installation isn't loading the electrical menus. He is not a frequent user, and I don't know what has transpired on his system. If I type cuiload, the "ELECTRIC" cui doesn't appear, nor can I rightclick and add any of the ELECTRIC menus in the program toobar area.
I did a search of my own system, and though when I do cuiload ELECTRIC shows as loaded, I don't find in in my system or in the server Support folder.
How can I get his commands/icons back?
Thanks,
Lynne

Lynne,

did you get this resolved? The file is called acade.cui and is usually
installed in the C:\Documents and Settings\{username}\Application
Data\Autodesk\AutoCAD Electrical 200x\{version}\enu\Support folder.

This isn't my area of expertise but I can forward the questions to someone
else if this is still an issue.

Hi Pat,
Long time no see, so to speak!
No, I haven't gotten this resolved yet. I just loaded, reloaded acade.cui with no results.
Another clue may be that when he tries to customize his interface he gets a message "Can't find edw.cui"
Should I try loading the acade.cui from my system on his machine?

Yes. I take it as a good sign that "long time no see".

I don't recognize that other file. You can try loading your acade.cui. It
can't hurt. I am going to forward your post to someone here who knows more
about this than I do. I don't really work with this much.

Just to let you know this actually is not an urgent issue at the moment, as we will (finally) be upgrading from 2006 to 2008 in early February, with the help of ImaginIT. Also, this is not a heavy user, the problem was discovered because we had to again move to a new server and I was testing out peoples installations after the change.
Not that I don't want to solve the problem, it just isn't slowing us down at the moment.

OK. Well, let me know if copying your file over does not fix the issue and
we can look further.

I suggest you work directly with Steve Kemp email steve.kemp@autodesk.com.
He knows more than I do about the setup and what is needed. I told him you
might email him directly.

Thanks Pat,
I might just wait until Feb 5 when our reseller comes to upgrade/tweek/train us.
