Electrical 2013 CRASH ON CLOSE

I get a crash every time I close Electrical 2013, and if I open a file and then close, I get this message: unhandled access violation reading 0x0000 exception at dea81fe6h.

Hello,

What is your OS? Win 8 64 or Win7 64 + .net 4.5? or other OS?

We have a known issue in Win8 OS, and working on the fix now.

Thanks,

Robin Shou

Hello,

We have the ACE2013 SP1 released, please help to patch the ACE2013 SP1, and check if your issue is fixed by the SP1?

Here is the link:

I have had the same problem... I got an email from Autodesk after weeks of sending them crash reports and they told me there was a known issue with having OLE obejects in any drawings. They say it causes crashing on saving and closing of drawings and that it will be fixed in ACE2014 and a possible hotfix in ACE2013. I have deleted all my OLEs and am still having issues though.... Hope this helps.
