Drawings Save AS setting in option menue not working properly

Hi,

 

I and my team is a user of Autocad Electrical 2013 but we are facing a problem that when we set drawing save verision save other version of Autocad from option menu, it gets automatically changed to Autocad 2013 format when we close autocad window or while working on projects

 

Pl suggest the correct way out of this problem.
