Drawing Property Setup

Once I have setup and completed the Drawing Properties information for each drawing in a Project can I use that information to create an index or export the information ( such as Description 1,2,3 & Sheet Number) out to excel?

Hi RochesterSignal,

Sure you can. 

Right click on the project and select "Drawing List Report".

Select "new report" (Since this is the first time your running it)

Select "Do All" to process all Sheets in the project.

After that a Dialog box will pop up.

In the Report Generator dialog select the options you need (Change Report Format, sort order, etc)

Next choose to place the report on the drawing, or Save to file (and in your case select the Excel format xls), or Print it Directly from the Report generator.
