Detailed List of ACE changes?

Has anyone kept a running detailed list of changes that ACE has undergone.
It would be nice to have a list of things like new features for each
release. But more importantly a list of changes like attribute additions or
abandonment, support and customizable file changes, addition of any new
support or customizable files, etc.

I really think a running detailed "History" would be a valuable addition to
the HELP file. Especially considering some of have created customized
applications that refer to or use some of these files, attributes, etc.
