I reinstalled Electrical 2015 a few days ago, bad mistake even though it was giving me fits... now I'm just fit to be tied.
As of the new install, I cannot get project descriptions to update from Vault. I have two other workstations where this is working just fine. Is there a setting I am overlooking somewhere in my options?

A complete uninstall and reinstall seems to have fixed the problem. Still don't know what caused it to quit working in the first place.
